Creating an online learning experience for our students.
Designed for those who plan to open a bar or who want to expand their knowledge into the
field of management, this online course makes bar management simple.  Topics included
are customer service skills, safety and legal issues, how to calculate prices, how to do
inventory, how to make a schedule, how to set prices, how to set staff policy, how to hire,
inspire and discipline staff, the basics of daily operation, how to choose proper glassware
and how to make an informal business plan.

This course is divided into 6 lessons that you can finish at your own pace within 60 days,
but of course, if you need more time, just ask for an extension.  You will take 3 tests, with a
score of 75% or above required to pass and receive your digital Professional Bar
Management Certificate.  If you don't pass a test, you may take it again for a fee of $5.  If
you're unable to print your certificate, you may also purchase a hard copy of the certificate
for $10.
