more in-depth look at mixology and management of the bar. This training is vital for bartenders,
bar managers and bar owners.
The course includes thorough instruction on bartending, bar management, the basics of wine and
champagne service, how to start a mobile bar service and alternative occupations and ventures
in the beverage industry. Divided into 20 lessons that you can finish at your own pace within 90
days - but of course, if you need more time, just ask for an extension. There are 10 tests with a
score of 75% required to pass and receive the Professional Bartending Certificate and the
Master Level Bar Management Certificate. If you don't pass a test, you may take it again for a
fee of $5.
This fun course will give you a rare and broad perspective of the business. You will have
greater success as a manager if you take the time to learn all aspects of the beverage industry.
Two course workbooks for future reference, materials for home practice and hard copies of the
certificates are included in addition to bonuses that include all about bitters, absinthe and how
to create an informal business plan.
